Unopened and unused products can be returned to us for a full refund. Customer must pay for return shipping. Opened/Used Product can not be returned.
How does shipping work?
SF SMARTSHOP LLC SHIPPING POLICY: We ship your order using UPSP Priority mail the following business day after payment has been received. You will receive a tracking number, most orders arrive within 7 days. WE DO NOT SHIP PRODUCTS TO STATES OR CITIES THAT HAVE BANNED THESE ITEMS. EACH ORDER IS REVIEWED FOR COMPLIANCE. IF YOU ORDER AN ITEM BANNED FROM YOUR LOCAL AREA, WE WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND INFORM YOU BY EMAIL. If your order includes an item that happens to be out of stock, you will be notified and asked if you would like to be put on backorder. We generally only list what we have in stock so this should only happen if there is a human error on our part. If you have any questions regarding your order please contact us!
